The intervention I use with every organization: ask each team member to categorize every meeting they attend for one week using three categories. Category A: "This meeting produced an outcome I could not have achieved through async communication within the same timeframe." Category B: "This meeting could have been replaced by an async update or written decision." Category C: "I am not sure why I was in this meeting."
